A: Yes to the extent possible OFFICE 1 EXPORT provides the additional service of researching any product that you wish to buy, based on your specifications, and cost targets and subject to minimum quantities.


Q: CAN I SELL OTHER BRANDS?
A: Yes, you are free to sell any product lines.


Q: WHAT ARE PAYMENT TERMS?
A: They vary with each vendor, typically terms are T/T with 30% deposit 70% prior to shipment. FOB Chinese Ports.


Q: WHAT IS THE TYPICAL MINIMUM ORDER?
A: OFFICE 1 minimum orders vary by vendor but we recommend one mixed container either twenty or forty foot in size. Our system enables you to source a number of vendor products to fill one container. The exception is Office 1 Furniture items which require container commitments. For example 600 chairs per container.


Q: WHAT IS THE VALUE OF ONE CONTAINER?
A: One container on average would be fifteen to twenty thousand US dollars.


Q: CAN I BUY LESS THAN ONE CONTAINER?
A: Yes you can, based on the vendor minimum order requirements, typically this method is not economical.


Q: WHAT IS THE OFFICE 1 SERVICE FEE?
A: OFFICE 1 will charge you a handling fee of ten percent. The fee can be smaller for master franchisees and based on the amount of purchases with an agreed upon purchasing target.


Q: WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE AGREEMENT?
A: OFFICE 1 will not sign agreements prior to a trial period of at least two orders. After a successful trial period, the initial Distributor Agreement will be for the period of one year. Distributors will be entitled to renew this Agreement for one year terms at no charge, or for an additional five year term upon payment of a renewable fee of five thousand US Dollars.


Q: HOW DO I ORDER MIXED CONTAINERS?
A: The OFFICE 1 website is set up in a very effective manner to enable the user to find the vendors based on seaport, this allows the user to utilized various vendors to build the container based on their location and products required.
